• Payment must be made upfront.

• Do not rush me, I will give you a upfront estimate of delivery upon placing your order, faster delivery orders take priority, then commissions are completed in the order in which I receive them. 

• No refunds. I offer multiple revisions per order and you can buy additional ones through the "extras" page. 

• All payment occurs through my roblox group, and you are in charge of accounting for tax. 

• Prices are negotiable. 

• Although clients are entitled to change / alter commissions (revisions) once I have started your commission, you cannot then tell me you'd like a specific pose/style/layout. All of that information should be relayed to me PRIOR to starting your commission. I will not restart the commission if you change your mind / wish to completely change the original prompt. 

• Nasty/rude/negative behavior will result in being kicked from the commission queue. Your deposit will not be refunded and you will be provided with the work I have completed thus far.

• Clients are not allowed to alter (which includes, and is not limited to; copying, recoloring, rendering, tracing..) any of the designs that they have commissioned from me. Redistribution or usage of my original files that were altered by an outside party is prohibited and considered theft.

• If you decide to cancel your commission after I've started, the deposit is non refundable. 

• If you cancel your commission before I've started I will refund your deposit but will not compensate for the tax. 

• I use Guilded as my main form of contact.

• Clients are required to credit me for my work, regardless of how / where it is used. Acceptable crediting would consist of my username "ToastxYT" in the developer credits in the game description or a role as "developer" or "contributor" in the group that owns the game.
